Waiver & Rental Agreement

Acknowledgments, Liability Waiver, Terms and Conditions and House Rules

By saying “YES” to this waiver, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all its terms and conditions, without distress, of your own free will.

*NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING SUPPORT ANIMALS) *

*NO SMOKING IN THE HOME (SMOKING AREAS ON PROPERTY WILL BE IDENTIFIED) *

*NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ALLOWED ON PROPERTY*

ABSOULUTLEY NO PERSON NOT LISTED ON THE PROPERTY AGREEMENT SHALL BE ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME! 

This will result in an instant termination of rental and no refund will be initiated. 

In the event you would like a guest to join you post agreement, you must send the request prior to them showing at the property and await the approval. Additional fees will be required. Persons arriving at the home before approval is given will be instantly denied and rental will be terminated for all other guests.

No parties or organized events are allowed on the premises WITHOUT the owner’s previous consent, which will be accompanied by additional guidelines and costs. Under normal circumstances a maximum of 4 guests may be in the home at one time, however every guest must be on the rental agreement and additional cost will occur per person.

Check In & Check Out:

Check ins allowed any time after 3PM

Checkout must be completed before 11AM.

(Failure to leave on time will result in additional charges)

When available Early check ins/ late checkout times may be requested up to 48 hours before the start of your visit for additional charges. 

You will receive the address of the property, instructions and access codes  no later than 12PM on the 1st day of rental. 

Dress Code:

No outside footwear allowed indoors. 

Considering the nature of the property, we need to keep it as clean as possible for our guest comfort. Please remove shoes at door when entering the home. We don't want to bring outside dirt & germs inside the home to interfere with intimate moments.  In addition, please don't walk outside barefoot and return to the home. Complimentary slippers will be provided for your use. In case of role play, you may bring & use “clean” footwear around the home if you choose (ex: high heels, goth boots, slippers, sky zone socks, etc.).

Camera Usage & Video Usage:

ANY TAMPERING, COVERING, DISABLING, OR DESTRUCTION OF SECURITY CAMERAS WILL RESULT IN INSTANT TERMINATION OF RENTAL WITHOUT REFUND!

Feel free to bring and film yourselves while in the home, but guests must take all equipment away when you leave. Privacy is the main staple, and the property will be checked thoroughly after your departure. Any equipment left behind with the intended purpose to “spy” on future guests will be turned over to authorities.

Absolutely no viewing or downloading any imagery of minors. Violators of these policies will have rental terminated immediately without refunds and be turned into authorities for prosecution.

Alcohol:

A complimentary bottle of champagne, wine, or our signature cocktail will be available for guests at the beginning of rental. Guests are allowed to bring any additional beverages they desire. Please consume responsibly.

Negligent Behavior:

We encourage guests to be free spirits, but rowdy or drunken behavior, or any other activity that could considered unsafe, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave and/or revoke rental of any person who becomes obnoxious or unruly. 

Guests further agree to pay for any costs, expenses or damage caused to any of the property, including hot tub, or other guests’ property, due to any reckless behavior.

Cleaning:

We pride ourselves on safety and cleanliness. Every piece of equipment, dishes, glassware, bedding, and furniture s sanitized to the highest possible standard. You will find extra cleaning sanitizers, and protection placed though out the home if you need extra security to feel comfortable.

 Place used toys & any other sexual aides in appropriately marked dirty bins. 

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN AND PLACE BACK IN ORGINAL CONTAINERS! A LIFETIME BAN WILL ISSUED IF THIS IS VIOLATED!

Please don’t flush anything other than toilet paper. Place all feminine products, condoms, and flushable wipes in the trash bin. Trying to flush these items will cause the septic system to back up. Repair and sanitation costs will be charged if occurs.

 Theft:

Inventory of the home will be  performed before guests arrive & immediately after guest departure. Do noy remove anything from the property you did not bring with you to include; Linen, towels, electronics, toys, equipment, clothing, etc.

Guests will be charged for any missing items plus a surcharge, and possibly face  legal action. 

Accident and Injury:

AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND does not accept responsibility for accidents, injury or loss suffered while attending our property and engaging in acts with your partner(s).

By entering the property, all guests agree that they’re doing so at own risk and hereby waive any and all claims 

 whatsoever they may have against AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND  and its owners.

Medical Release:

 Guests also agree that if I need medical attention during a stay or as a result of a visit to AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND, that I will be solely financially responsible for any and all costs incurred. I am also aware that AFTER DARK PLAYGROUND does not carry medical insurance and that I am responsible for my own medical coverage. I also give permission, should an emergency occur during an event, for emergency medical care to be provided to me at my expense.
