When sending a website reservation please include total number of guests and dates you desire. Copy and paste waiver in the request and fill in highlighted information. Waiver/ rental agreement must be signed before booking can be accepted.

Guests receive a full refund if they cancel up to 48 hours before check-in.
Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel up to 24 hours before check-in.
No refund within 24 hours of your stay. Funds can be moved to a future date.
If any deposits were required and all parameters were met, funds will be returned within 24-48hrs after stay was concluded.

Go to the Reservation section of this page and send to send a booking inquiry. Provide the following information:
Full legal name, your email, total number of guests and days requested. A signed rental agreement form and a picture ID of the person making the booking will be required to complete booking (we only need to see your picture and name. The rest of the information can be blanked out).
You may also click on the Airbnb button to be taken to our site on that platform. Note discounts are for website reservations only. They can not be applied using the Airbnb site.

No. Unfortunately we do not give walkthroughs of the property. We can assure that you will not regret booking with us once you commit.

The address will be sent to you via email or text 24hrs before your stay begins. Entry codes and instructions will be sent no later than 12pm on first day of rental.

Yes. Any person that enters the property, regardless of time spent, is considered a full guest and must have been previously included on the rental agreement.

Privacy is our number one priority. The information you provide is only for booking. When your stay is over, your information is purged from our system.
During your stay there's no face to face interaction between property management and your group. Check-in & checkouts are completed electronically.
Once you're on the property no one will bother you, as long as no rules are violated. Any questions or needs that may arise during your stay you can contact management via the number provided to you at any time.

Yes! Cleanliness is the most important thing to us. We use a variety of disinfectants, soaps, and alcohol on all items. We also use medical grade UV lighting as a secondary method of cleaning. In addition we provide toy cleaners and sanitation wipes for guests to use as they see fit during their stay.

No. The property is only occupied by the members of your invited group.

Yes. A private garage is attached to the home. Most large vehicles around the size of a Navigator will fit comfortably. Any larger vehicles, or additional vehicles must park in the back parking spot through the moving gate adjacent to the garage.
